If the Cruze had a few more inches of rear legroom and was offered as a hatch like this, I could be seriously interested. As a sedan with a useless back seat, I'll pass.

A friend of mine has a Cruze, back seat was completely functional the couple times I've ridden in it. I'm only 5'7" though.

Lets be honest though, on most occasions the backseat is for kids, so if I fit fine at 5'7" the kids should be fine.

I love the Cruze but I don't think this design is working for me.
